By accessing or using the WellnessNi website (“Site”) owned and operated by QubeServ Pte Ltd (“QubeServ”): (i) you agree that you have read and understood the terms of this Agreement, (ii) you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and (iii) you accept and agree to abide by all laws and regulations applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Exclusion of Liability

Choice of Law
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
