Returns (Non-Consumables item only, only if item is defective or damaged)
If there are defects in the product or it arrives damaged during delivery, a full refund will be made. The customer is required to inform WellnessNi via email within 3 days of receipt of order, along with proof of defect or damage in the form of photographs or videos. We will advise you on the next steps to take.
Please retain the original packaging, as the product must be sent back with the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the condition in which the item is in once it gets back to us. Please pack items carefully, especially for fragile items.
