Member and Rewards
For every dollar you spend at WellnessNi, you get 1 point. Reward points are calculated based on the final total cart amount. Every 20 points will entitle you to a S$1 redemption in your next purchase. This means that if your cart amount is $100 and you have redeemed $5 off this order, the amount of reward points you have for this order is 95 points.
You can key in the number of points that you want to redeem at the Check Out page. Every 20 reward points redeemed, user will enjoy SGD$1 off.
Reward points cannot be used together with a coupon code for the same order.
Upon logging in to your account, go to My Account and you will be able to see your points balance on the account dashboard.
Its easy! Just go to the Login Page, fill in your details under ‘REGISTER’, and click Register! You will get an instant 100 points.
Delivery
Yes, we offer free local shipping for orders above S$80.
2 to 4 working days for delivery within Singapore
To change the shipping address for your order, you just need to check out as usual. From there, you can enter your shipping address. If you have an account with us, the shipping address will automatically updated in your account profile upon checkout successfully. Alternatively, you may go to My Account > Edit Profile/Password, click on the Edit button of Shipping Address and then update the shipping address accordingly.
Order and Payment
To modify/cancel your order, please write in to service@wellnessni.com with your request. Please remember to quote the order number. Please note that once the status states “Completed”, you cannot cancel your order.
Payment can be made via PayNow.
